2-night minimum rental

Maximum of 6 people

Minimum renter age is 21

No pets permitted

No indoor smoking

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Check-in time is 4:00 PM

Early check-ins accommodated when possible

Check-out time is 11:00 AM

Access is through a keyless entry system

Whispering Winds is private, secluded and in a mountain/forest environment. This is a natural habitat for wildlife including deer, bears and other animals. You may see wildlife near the property or in the general area during your stay. Feeding of wild animals is never permitted.

These are NOT permitted in the community:

Open fires

Trash or food kept outdoors

Hunting

ATVs

Walking/hiking on private property

Drones

We operate on a septic system, therefore:

The kitchen does not have a garbage disposal

Food waste must be thrown in trash cans

Liquid refuse (oil/grease) must be placed in a provided container

Zelle, Paypal, Square and personal checks are accepted 21 days+ before rental dates.

Zelle payments are preferred. Zelle is a secure, direct bank-to-bank payment method without fees. A credit card option is also available via Zelle for a 3% fee.

Tentative reservations are held for 24 hrs.

To secure your dates, 50% of rental cost & a signed agreement are required.
